Online Help For Parents Separating

I recently came across this fantastic website for parents going through a separation or divorce – www.uptoparents.org.   It has a wealth of resources – video, audio, and documents – to support parents in trying to decide on their future parenting agreement.  It also helps parents to reconnect with what is important for them, and to be able to express themselves in a constructive rather than destructive way.

Do you know anyone that is going through a messy separation right now, is about to head for the lawyers, or has already been through that and still has issues around communication with their ex-partner?  This site can help on all levels, including reconnecting and is essential preparation for family mediation.  The better prepared you are emotionally, the better the outcome for everyone – we are all one big family, and the children are our future.

Here is a Quick Help For Families In Transition, which gives a summary of the website content.

Please pass this on to anyone you think might benefit from support in their hour of need, or professionals practising in the family law area, who might be able to use this with their clients.  Click on the ‘Share’ button below to share this with as many people as possible.  Thankyou : )

I love the whole ethos of this site – from the tranquil scene at the top of the posting to the down-to-earth suggestions for ‘how to help.’ The crystal clear language speaks to the heart and is always positive.
